PETER MANNING co-produced with Ron Kastner Liz Swados' Missionaries at the Brooklyn Academy of Music Next Wave Festival. He was the producer for New York Stage and Film Company between 1994 and 1997 where he produced four New York Stage and Film seasons at Vassar College, and the original production of Side Man. At Stage and Film he also produced the new plays of Kia Corthron, Tom Donaghy, David Marshall Grant, Seth Greenland, Beth Henley, Steve Martin, John Patrick Shanley, Evan Smith, Liz Swados and Liz Tuccillo among many others. Mr. Manning has worked in the marketing department of Lincoln Center Theater and was on the artistic staff of Manhattan Theatre Club, where he began as a literary intern. He has lectured at the Yale School of Drama, University of Pennsylvania and The Actors Studio M.F.A. program at The New School. He was most recently the interim Managing Director at Hartford Stage.
