PATRICIA CROWN is an attorney at Coblence & Associates. For the last 20 years, she has practiced exclusively in the field of entertainment law, representing clients in the U.S., the U.K. and France, with a particular focus in theatre (Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, Company), film (Paranoid Park) and publishing (Babar). Patricia has a J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was elected to Order of the Coif, and an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Rochester. Before becoming a lawyer, she lived for 10 years in Paris, France working as a translator, interpreter, production assistant and writer in the motion picture industry.
