MALLORY FACTOR is President and Founder of Mallory Factor, Inc., an independent merchant bank and financial advisory consultancy that advises public and private companies in such fields as biotechnology, technology, financial services and manufacturing. Mr. Factor serves as chairman of the New York Public Asset Fund, the multi-billion dollar entity charged with privatizing New York state assets. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the New York State Banking Department (Senate confirmed). Mr. Factor is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served as Vice-Chair of its Terrorist Financing Task Force for which he testified before the United States Senate and House of Representatives. He is the Chairman and President of the Washington, DC based Free Enterprise Fund, a free market "do" tank that advocates economic growth, lower taxes, and limited government. Mr. Factor is the Co-Founder of The Monday Meeting, the New York City economic conservatives' gathering of nationally recognized business leaders, elected officials, authors, and journalists. He has held adjunct professorships at New York University's Graduate School of Continuing and Professional Studies and the New School University's Graduate School of Management and Urban Professions. Mr. Factor has served on the Tony Awards Nomination and Management Committees and currently serves on the Tony Awards Administration Committee. He is a trustee of the Brooklyn Academy of Music and is a director and volunteer treasurer of Metropolitan College of New York. Mr. Factor is a graduate of Wesleyan University, and he attended Columbia University's Graduate Business and Law Program.
