MADELINE AUSTIN currently works with Gerald Schoenfeld, Chairman of The Shubert Organization that owns and operates 16 Broadway houses. She was Lead Producer for the Off-Broadway show, Maybe Baby, It's You at the Soho Playhouse. The show enjoyed runs at Milwaukee Rep, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Savannah and Los Angeles with Tori Spelling. She also produced Stealing Sweets and Punching People for the 2004 Summer Play Festival. As Production Assistant for Producer Jane Harmon, she worked on the Broadway runs of The Last Night of Ballyhoo and Buried Child. A professional actor for ten years, she worked five years with the Folger Shakespeare Touring Company and worked extensively in commercials, films and television, notably, Homicide, Life On the Street and America's Most Wanted. She has a BA in Theatre Arts and has studied with Wynn Handman, Paul Austin, Ron Canada, Studio Theatre, Folger Shakespeare Conservancy and E.S.T. A member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA, she co-founded AUDITION MASTERY with Brette Goldstein which coaches actors and has directed numerous equity showcases.
