JACK MURPHY has worked on a wide variety of projects as both lyricist and composer. Collaborating with Frank Wildhorn, he wrote lyrics for Linda Eder's EMI album And So Much More, as well as ten songs for her latest Atlantic album, It's Time. He has written and performed on albums for many record companies and was a staff writer for United Artists Music. In collaboration with Mary Bracken Phillips, Mr. Murphy composed the score for the musical, Silver Dollar, which debuted last year at the Goodspeed Opera House. Currently, he is working on the new musical Havana (with collaborators Gregory Boyd, Frank Wildhorn and Jerry Zaks).
