FRED EBB has enjoyed a prolific career as a lyricist with his partner, composer John Kander. Together, they have created classics of the American musical theatre such as Flora, The Red Menace; Cabaret; Chicago; The Happy Time; Zorba; 70, Girls, 70; The Act; Woman of the Year; The Rink; And the World Goes 'Round - The Kander and Ebb Musical; Kiss of the Spiderwoman; Steel Pier; as well as Over and Over and The Skin of Our Teeth. His film credits include Cabaret; Lucky Lady; New York, New York; Kramer vs. Kramer; A Matter of Time; Places in the Heart; French Postcards; and Stepping Out. Mr. Ebb's television credits include Liza with a Z, Goldie and Liza Together (with Goldie Hawn), Ol' Blue Eyes is Back, Baryshnikov on Broadway, An Early Frost, and Liza in London.
